Elo! I have server v. 2.3.1. Problem is this.
In config.xml is SMTPAuth = true (verify sender too) Mailet RemoteAddrNotInNetwork is disabled AuthorisedAddresses is set to 127.0.0.1, localhost and may local net. All working properly when mail is send to local user (or virtual user on my server). Problem appear when mail will be send to other serwer ex. gmail.com! (In Thunderbird is set "Server require authentycation", user and password is ok) Server permanently notify me: "Server require authentication!". Could not send mail from home to other domain. From local network working ok. Thanks.
