Thanks for the reply. Apologies for the confusion, by other accounts i mean
other email address such as dummyaddr...@eircom.net and
dummyaddr...@mydomain.com (managed by google apps).

Whereas the bugzilla mail sent for example to this gmail address arrived
fine it never arrived at these other email addresses......
