Hi Nicola,

You can the type of mailbox storage in mailbox.xml configuration file (jpa(=database), maildir or jcr). For now, even if you define jpa or maildir, the jcr repository will be created but not used.

If you remove the given line, it will even not be created.

Tks,

Hi,
For now, the only way to avoid the jackrabbit jcr to be instanciated is to
remove from james-server-context.xml the following line:
<import resource="classpath:context/james-mailbox-jcr-context.xml" />

Hello,

I'm using James 3.0-M3 with maildir (configured in mailbox.xml) and I
notice James write many file in var/store/jackrabbit (something like
var/store/jackrabbit/workspaces/james/db/seg0/xxx.dat or
var/store/jackrabbit/workspaces/security/db/seg0/yyy.dat).
What are these? Is it possible to disable jackrabbit? How?

Thanks in advance,

Nicola.
