Recipient addresses require angle brackets

Hi

 

I have version 2.3 up and running but mailing only works when recipient
email addresses are enclosed in angle brackets eg  <gar...@pbt.co.za>  

 

How do I configure James for this?

 

I use sendmail on another server and it does not require angle brackets

 

The mail is sent from Oracle Apex and I do not always have the possibility
of adding them programmatically in that tool
