Thanks for this!!  #beta5 is now communicating easily with exchange and
sending emails!
Now I have to tweak my mailets... Seems like the retry mailet (
http://james.apache.org/server/head/apidocs/org/apache/james/transport/mail
ets/Retry.html ) isn't in that snapshot and it looks like a bit of
refactoring occurred.   Interesting new code structure.

If anyone has any hints on a retry mailet so we don't have to create a new
one, that would be cool.  Otherwise, looks like we'll have to redo our
mailet based on the refactored RemoteDelivery which means building to that
snapshot Robert was kind enough to provide.
