Here is the configuration for configuring the blob-store to S3 or Swift: http://james.apache.org/server/config-blobstore.html There's probably some work to do to make it work with JPA. For now, only the Cassandra backend (with guice wiring) as been tested with it. If you're interested in working on that topic, we can provide you some guidance.
