Some of you will doubtless take issue with this article, but one aspect I do like about it is its upward-looking perspective to real needs and utility. As I have mentioned before I think as a Group we (you, actually, I don't pretend to be a technical expert) will find it easier to define SOA and its salient characterisitics, be they technical such as flexible composition of applications or BPM, or pure business (in the broadest sense of organisational requirements) needs.
