I agree there is a bit of a paradigm shift when moving to Linda. HTTP
verbs allow a developer to slip into a database mindset more easily
than the Linda verbs. I think it could be useful to have experience
with Linda / Javaspaces to use HTTP more effectively, which does not
imply implementing Linda per se.
Nothing beats the verb "in" in Linda (i.e. "take" in Javaspaces). This
simplifies and yet expands the expressiveness of coordinating
processes.
