A service is a process but a process may not be a
business process. Computer enabled business processs
should be called applications rather than services.
How you interpret the world depends on what you define
it. There is no resolution in epitemology when we
differ in ontology. Often the case that one does not
know one's ontological stance and falls into
meaningless arguments easily.
