Yes, the limitations on seperating implementation from interface is
the principle that the implementation must take responsibility for the
outcomes. This is typically manifested in the form of a contract, with
QoS terms, etc.
If the implementation doesnt take responsibility for the outcomes,
there's a problem brewing.
In my pizza shop blueprint, there's certainly nothing inherently wrong
with outsourcing pizza production to india, unless there is an
expectation that the latency between the time the pizza is ordered and
the time it is delivered should be 30 minutes or less...
