I have no information on this claim one way or the other, but to be
clear, this author is CTO of a vendor for what he's describing. A lot
of what passes for technical analysis in this industry is really
marketing analysis.
That's not to say the claim is inaccurate or the product isn't good,
etc. But there is a lot of BS if you don't push on some buttons now
and then.
