If I put in writing the words "crumbling paper, mixing it with mud, and 
lighting 
it on fire produces a sustainable fission reaction" would that make you a 
believer?

Sure, the HTTP spec might include such words.  But, that doesn't mean that it 
therefore make sense and is now the only way to view things does it?
