Fair enough, but we're not talking about pros and cons in this thread,
we're just discussing a definition, and REST is defined so that all
interfaces/contracts/APIs/operational-interfaces/application-semantics,
or whatever you want to call them, be the same.  That's a fact.

I think I'll bow out of this thread now.  Nothing to see here 8-)
