There are many different programming languages and associated platforms which 
facilitate better SOA designs than others.  Discussions in that direction seem 
to be vital to me!  SOA is not just about how you pass information.  It's about 
why you pass the information you are passing and how useful it is in the form 
you are passing.  Which users of that data have which issues with its use etc.
