He had one accurrate comment:

REST changes the way you think about how you structure
applications. You're mimicking the Internet instead of trying to
decide what a method is.

But I'm not convinced he really groks resource-orientation.

Did I really just read that?  All you need for security is HTTPS ?

The author seems well intentioned, but regrettably there's a lot of inaccuracies in there ... foremost amoung them is that REST is confused with the Web.
