Domain SB should be enterprise wide compliant in terms
of common protocol, infrastructure services, common
XML schemas, policies etc.  A bad practice is that
each dept build their own DSB without knowledge what
other depts are doing.  So yes, it is DSB but the same
time it should be ESB also.
