Does anyone have any recommendations for tutorial books on XPath and/or XQuery?
This would be in the context of using them for processing XML directly (vs. databinding) for web services work. (Hopefully a topic that is equally applicable to both the the WS-* and REST camps :-)) These are the ones that came up at Amazon. XPath 2.0 Programmer's Reference http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0764569104/ Querying XML, : XQuery, XPath, and SQL/XML in context http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/1558607110/ XSLT and XPath On The Edge http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0764547763/ XPath and XPointer http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0596002912/ XPath, XLink, XPointer, and XML: A Practical Guide to Web Hyperlinking and Transclusion http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0201703440/ Definitive XSLT and Xpath http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0130651966/ XPath Kick Start: Navigating XML with XPath 1.0 and 2.0 http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0672324113/ XPath Essentials http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0471205486/ XQuery http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/0596006349/ - I will probably end up getting this one for XQuery as I *really* like her "Definitive XML Schema" book.
