That's complicated. Systinet was bought by Mercury. Mercury was bought by HP.
Systinet's suite strong points are a very robust registry/repository and
excellent design-time support for governance. Their weak point is run-time
support. Most of the SOA suite vendor's are in the same boat. The only
exception that I have found is SOA Software which has excellent run-time
support for governance. As for horror stories, I haven't heard of any.
