Can someone pls. point me to any accepted best practices around
"re-organizing" for SOA ? While much has been said about SOAGovernance in terms
of IT - I'm interested in the things which need to happen to pro-actively
manage the disruptive impact that largescale SOA efforts will cause to the
organizational side that touches the busienss - political - cultural landscape
of an enterprise. As the silos begin to break down - how to deal ahead of time
with the inevitable jockeying and resistance which arises to block integration
efforts because people are worried about losing funding , control or just the
uncertainty? How best to bring stakeholders together from an organizational
perspective to get the best
buy in ahead of time ? Have any of the standards bodies considered this aspect
of SOA? Any well known publications / books on this topic ? I'm looking for
sources that "weighty" and credible that can be quoted or pointed to - to help
folks understand how critical this is to large scale SOA

Thanks in advance for your help.
