This is where you have to decide what uniform means.  Does uniform mean that 
you 
can use the "VERB" form of the "Operation" in a sensible sentence construct or 
does it mean that you can use it on anything that the application deals with?  
I 
think it's a bit short sighted to burden the more specific application with the 
baggage of a more general interface's VERBage.
