+1. What system users want isn't always the most important thing from 
an enterprise POV.

That is but one metric. It is conceivable that a particular enterprise 
approach to something is bound to make *someone* unhappy 
(or "satisfied" but not "happy"). Sometimes that will be the system 
users.
