Hello All,

Can anybody tell me some best practices on evaluating the employees.  If there 
are some
questionnaire that can estimate the EQ (Emotional Intelligence Quotient) and 
the employee
positivity towards her/his work.  

Also if someone could tell me how to conduct the SASQ (Seligman Attributional 
Style 
Questionnaire), list of questions, and how to evaluate the answers.
