Log:
* the tools using GNU Gengetopt or/and Kimwitu++ now use the "missing" script
provided by GNU autoconf to display a verbose error message (tool x not found,
look at the README file, ...) in case the tool is called but not found by the
configure script -- the previous configure scripts either warned without
knowing if the tool would be needed or failed without diagnosis message if a
missing tool was called anyway
