* fixed anonymous bug: changing transitions will no longer change synchronous
labels
* fixed bug #14127: PNAPI: No error when using SYNCHRONIZE with undeclared
label in oWFN file (added regression test)
* fixed bug #14128: PNAPI: When composing two nets shared synchronous labels
should not remain. (added regression test)
