This looks okay to me, the change seems to be hotspot-rt. However, where
you are planning to push this? If you push it to hotspot-rt/jdk then
it's okay, it's in the same forest as the fix. On the other hand, if you
push it to jdk8/tl/jdk then I assume we will have test failures until
the hotspot fix gets into master and down to jdk8/tl.
