Codereview request: 8029063 test/com/sun/jmx/snmp/NoInfoLeakTest.java does not compile with OpenJDK builds

This is a simple test fix, have to remove the test in OpenJDK because the SNMP classes in the OpenJDK will not be compiled if the closed part is not present.
