I'm going to remove the @ignore annotation from the JDK-8068242 test as soon as 
it's fixed, and will be using the ProblemList.txt for any future quarantine 
requests.

Just an FYI that we moved from using @ignore to using an exclude list 
(jtreg -exclude jdk/test/ProblemList.txt) a few years ago. The reason is 
that it's more flexible than @ignore in that tests can be excluded on a 
per OS/arch basis.
