The tests seem to only be testing the jvmti demos and not providing any useful 
test coverage beyond that. The demos are now removed as part of JEP 298: Remove 
Demos and Samples.

One other thing to change is the `needs_jdk` group in TEST.group as it 
includes the demo tests.
