I saw similar problem on Linux AArch64. Then I passed
`-fpatchable-function-entry=5,0` to cflags in configure script to generate gap
between functions for testing my patch.

I know `-fpatchable-function-entry` wouldn't be passed for building release
JDK, but I cannot agree to use "PC - 1" always. It could report incorrect PC if
the crash happened on normal operation like `mov %rax, (<incorrect address>)`.
IMHO current behavior should be kept (so far), and we need to discuss how can
we do like this (special) case.
