Empty service assembly name prevents service units from start

In case the service assembly name was accidently left empty, an incorrect
directory path is being created for the SA (like
/wdir/defaultJBI/service-assemblies/version_1). This in turn does not allow
service units to initialize after the ServiceMix restart. It would be better to
raise some error if empty SA name was found in the descriptor.
