Attached is a modified patch which mainly add a clean WS-I compliant wsdl
generation.
The document/rpc style is discovered given the abstract wsdl.
We will need a more abstrat description of the binding to handle WSDL 2 and
rest bindings, and also enhance existing components to use the wsdl 1.1 jbi
wrapper.
