Sounds like a great idea. One item to remember is that not all folks can be there so make sure that you post back to the dev list about what y'all discuss. And the invitation should be open to anyone that is interested so all community members (commiters, users, etc.) that can make it have an opportunity. We didn't follow these simple rules in Geronimo last year and let's say that I wish we had ;) Have fun.
