Spring Client Toolkit

Hello,

I looked at the Spring Client Toolkit Tutorial and I noticed it uses old 
versions of Maven (1.0.2)  and Servicemix (1.0). I couldn't find the

org.servicemix.client.ServiceContext;
org.servicemix.client.ServiceLifeCycleImplementation;

anywhere within the Servicemix2.0.2 libraries. I take it they are deprecated - is there 
anything similar that replaced these classes/ interfaces?
