Hi,

Altough NetCharts's main use is within applets, it also has (or at least
it had a couple years ago) server-side capability to generate
(automatically-included in IMG tags) GIFs from data "sources".
Unfortunately don't know details, I know that you can have what you asked
for (server-side-java-chart-generating-as-GIFs) in NetCharts.
