In answer to your first question, none. You need to get a third-party
servlet engine add-on. These include New Atlanta's ServletExec, Live
Software's JRun, Gefion Software's WAICoolRunner, and IBM's
WebSphere. Sun has a list of them off their servlets web page, I
don't have the exact URL handy, but you might try:
