This is WAY OFF TOPIC.  Besides, do your programmers really put random
objects into your vectors so that you get cast exceptions?  I'd suspect that
very few programmers would have that problem, since they'd likely populate
their vectors just like they'd populate their arrays, except that they'd not
have to worry about sizing just right.  Of course, allowing your vector to
constantly resize itself is no solution either.
