Hello, I am trying to investigate the benefits of using Java (in particular servlets as its to be web based) to re-write a project. The system must be able to remotely update a database (ideally without taking a copy and then resolving it) plus other data might be in C data classes - would someone please be kind enough to advise me if both of these are possible.
