Actually there are two very much kinder ways of shutting down JWS, you can
go into the admin applet (at port 9090), select the root server element and
press the shutdown button, or you can run the "jsadmin admin/admin -stop"
command, where admin/admin is your administrator user and password
(admin/admin if you haven't changed it in the admin applet).
