I don't know if it is actually your problem, but your
use of port 8007 worries me.  8007 is the default port
used by Jserv for its internal communications from
Apache, and shouldn't be used by general web browsers.
You are, in effect, trying to bypass Apache and just use
Jserv, which isn't usually a sensible choice.

Try going to the port specified in the Apache httpd.conf
file (probably 80 or 8080), and checking the Apache and
Jserv logs then to see what has happened.
