What we do is resend Form A with the correct items placed into their fields
and a note about what the user messed up in an error box.
Finally, after the user has submitted the form properly, we return the
next item.
Most of the time we don't need to do this, because Javascript bound to the
Submit button zaps those pesky users before they can bother our precious
server with their bogus inputs.
