I have a set of classes (applets and servlets) for a chat room application
that I am building. I am trying to use servletrunner to test them but I
cannot seem to get the applet to load. The first servlet runs just fine,
and builds an html page. Then a link on that page should download the
applet, but Netscape 4.5 cannot load the applet. I set the codebase
parameter to point to the directory for the applet, but it does not load.
Can files (servlets and applets) be placed anywhere and accessed by
servletrunner, or do I have to put them in a special place? I have
servletrunner on my c drive and the servlet and applet files on d. I cannot
seem to find any info on servletrunner beyond the read me file. I did set
the directory for servletrunner to the directory on d that has the servlet
and the applet files. However, the document directory still points to the
default ./examples. How do I change this, or do I have to put all my files
in ./example?

Thanks!

Mark
