Hopefully I can get this out before anyone replies and tells
me to RTFM (or RTFA in this case, "A" = Archives).
Obviously I should use the MultipartRequest class. Fully
documented at
http://www.servlets.com/resources/com.oreilly.servlet/MultipartRequest.html
In any case, sorry to have bothered everyone. Next time I'll
do a bit more research first.
