Which browser are you using? Administartion of JWS 1.1.3 on Win95 with Netscape 4.x fails! My trials ends on Admin Applet's retrying to connect (...still cannot connect). With IE everything's OK. But you seem to have a problem not with communication but with login and password: after installation both are 'admin', if this doesn't work, try to reinstall JWS.
