In response to the original question, the htmlKona classes can be
found inside the WebLogic Server evaluation package which can be
downloaded at:
http://www.weblogic.com/licbeta.html
Just jar up all the classes in the weblogic/classes directory,
and refer to that in the web server's classpath.
