Thank you all for the answers I got it now.

I have, althougth, a new question: When asking the servletrunner for the
file I neded it says "403 Forbiden... I shall serve only servlets , not
files"..... is that normal? can I change this behavior?If I can't, do I have
another way to specify an relative location?
