I am experimenting with the JDSK 2.1 and JSP1.0 reference implementation. In
both cases I find that the stopservice.bat script throws an exception and does
not actually stop the service. This occurs on NT. The only way I have found to
stop the server is through the NT task Manager! What am I doing wrong?

I am also trying to test some simple servlets and jsps of my own. I find the
documentation on where to put them,
and how to use the property files sadly lacking. I also had to read between the
lines that that jdk\lib\tools.jar has
to be on the system classpath for page compile of jsp's to work. Am I missing
some documentation that covers
all this?
