I am testing the servlet. When the user need to fill a text field in a page,I want to
popup another page for him to look up a data from the database, then pass the data to
the initial servlet page. Is there a way by servlet to open another page and fetch the
data computed in this page from database to the initial page ?
I am afraid the servlet can not do the much interactive thing, then I will resort to
the applet, but most of the browser did not support JDK1.1, JDK1.2. Can JDK1.0 applet
connect to RMI or Servlet in the server? how do this ?
