hi all, with JDK1.2, can applets print using client's printer without the need of policy files? My applet on remote m/c, gets data from the servlet, formats it and prints it using client's printer. I used to provide permissions using policy file (created using policy tool). But lately i found that the applet can print even w/o the need of policy files. With JDK1.1.x i used signed applets?
