First be warned, that Netscape doesn't even recommend using their own
servlet engine and that it only supports the 1.0 spec. Also the JVM is
slightly lobotomized. More information can be found on Netscape's site. I
don't have the URL's handy.
Barring those, in the administration page for your server, under "Programs"
there is a "Java" section. Go to that and then you'll see an option
"Activate the Java interpreter". Select "Yes", save the changes and then
restart your server and you should be able to use servlets.
