I haven't worked with the IIS one, but do have a Java servlet-based site indexer
and search engine I'll be making available soon. Right now I'm in crunch mode
preparing for JavaOne, but I'll put up a demo the week after the conference (two
weeks from now) if not before.

This one delivers high performance along with a great deal of flexibility. I'll
be making it free for use on noncommercial sites, pay for commercial license or
source code. I'll send out a formal announcement at the time I bring the demo
site live, but if you're interested in details in the meantime email me
directly.
